BLAC Reort on Education: Redressing Inequity-Empowering Black Learners- Published in 1994 this report documents the Black Advisory Committees research and recommendations for the provincial government to improve educational opportunities for Africans Nova Scotian learners.
Reality Check- The Department of Education commissioned consultants Enid Lee and Clem Marshall to conduct a review of the recommendations and state of education for the Africans Nova Scotian Learner. The report was published in 2007 with a complete review and recommendations for the Department of Education.
